What does my blog want to be when it grows up?
Fewer than 60 posts, and I'm already wondering what to do with this blog, what direction to take it. I thought I knew what I was doing when I started Tropic of Mom a few months ago. But now, I'm not so sure.
As a former boss of mine might say, I have to see what this blog wants to be.

I've been blogging for a while now and I still don't know. I just blog about whatever I like and want.
I hear ya girl. And I feel too deep in now to change much/anything. And focus? Cha right, there is none. Soooo... I'm just going with. A free spirit blog, right? I love your banner tho. Very cool.
So true. I have had that exact same thought, ALso, I have had other people tell me what I SHOULD do with it, but I am taking the long term view of the thing and just waiting to see.... thats fun also
Oh do I feel ya. All I know is my blog just wants to have fun. But it's OH SO TIRED and needs a vacation!
Oooh yes. THIS dilemma. I have it too. It never seems to go away, even after 200 posts :(
As you can see, it's a common malady. My assvice is to just write. Forget audience, forget "having to" say or write or do anything. Be true to yourself, share as much as you're comfortable sharing, and of course, ENJOY it!

4 comments from me in a day, you might get sick of me. I still struggle with that. Unfortunately I am not consistent enough to keep to a topic per certain day of the week. I think you are doing a great job, enjoy it.
