I'm too scared to enjoy the beauty because all I see is gators. (Yes, I'm a chicken.)
Oooooo gorgeous! I can totally imagine all the march animals loving that sea of grass!
I'm always in awe of the beauty of our Earth.
Every time I see the Everglades I see the greed and carelessness of man writ large. How close we have come to destroying that ecosystem forever - if we haven't already.
Oh that is just so beautiful!!
Great picture, but I can't help but be a little freaked out by swamps. I too imagine the gators lurking just beneath the surface. Yikes.
I remember standing at a lookout point in the everglades on a school field trip. The image of the endless sea of marsh land and saw grass will always stay in my mind.
That and the swarms of mosquitos :)
