South Florida, win free tickets to Disco Kids' Grand Opening!

Everyone is eager to get a jump on this coming weekend because of the long Labor Day weekend with its cookouts and parties, but there's a par-tay going on next weekend too at Disco Kids. It's their grand opening party, Sept. 12, 1-4 pm, at Revolution Live in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

Disco Kids has a great concept: a dance party for the whole family. Not only is there a fresh DJ spinning tunes so you can take your little Jeanine Mason (totally a South Florida homegirl!) out on the dance floor, but there are also games, prizes, face painting, balloon artists, arts and crafts and a bar. There is even a sanitized Crawling Zone for your wee ones. Admission (tickets generally range from $12-$15 per person) includes complimentary beverages and snacks, and every kid gets a goody bag. The Disco Kids event also will have a $600 raffle basket benefiting Starlight Children's Foundation of Florida.

If you can't make it to the Grand Opening in Ft. Lauderdale, then make plans for the next event in Boca Raton, Nov. 14, 1-4 pm, at the Pavilion Grille.
