Weekend by numbers
1: Number of prominent, smart, witty and really nice authors I got to meet on a book tour

Girl on Top author Nicole Williams and me -- was my hair really that flat?
1: Number of bargain-hunting, frugal-living bloggers I got to meet at the event (Natalie McNeal, the Frugalista)
1: Number of donations I made to the Michael Brewer Foundation (Michael Brewer lives in my county and was set on fire by classmates earlier this month)
2? Number of times the Man-cub stole my camera

3: Number of tasty treats I bought from Simply Something Special at a craft fair
5: Number of outfits I could have bought after the Girl on Top fashion show by The Limited (but I didn't)

10: Number of dollars I gave in exchange for a huge tub full of wooden train stuff. Score!

600? 900? 1200? Number of women at the Girl on Top Event

Infinity: Number of times I was disappointed we didn't get to have our Sunday evening beach fun.

Looks like fun times! And I think your hair looked great. I totally would have bought the clothes. :)
wow! what a night!
You are looking fabulous!
What a fun weekend.
Major score on the $10 train accessories!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Cute pics! Love the kiddos ones.
Score on the trains!!! We're huge into trains here so we know how expensive they can get :)
Have a good week!
I love the man cubs pictures! And, all that train stuff...you should be very proud.
Flat hair? What flat hair? You are a hottie!!
And that Michael Brewer thing is just pathetic. Over a video game. Unbelievable.
You looked fabulous! Sounds like a great time!
You look great! My Little Man LOVES those wooden trains:)
Looks like you had a good time! It's not my thing- women in groups scare me. Not sure why, so I just avoid them.
Nice bargain on the train gear!
Wow. Looks like it was a fun event. And $10 for all those train pieces is a steal!
Sounds like an exciting weekend. I can do without the crowds though. Yikes. Besides, these days I don't have much need for fancy outfits like those. Sigh. Jeans and a possibly stained tee shirt seem to be my default uniform. ;)
Sounds fun!
Looks like a lot of fun. Loved man cub's pictures.
