Oh sweetie, I don't say it much (because it might make me sound somehow "anti-baby" or, worse, "anti-mom") but that first 6 months with the second baby, I nicknamed the dark tunnel. Take as much help as is offered and then ask for some more! We'll all still be here when you get to the other side.

I think it took me a good 6 months after I had K Man to adjust to having 2 kids enough to function sort of normally again.

The adjustment to 3 was much easier for me than going from 1 to 2.
